C J Spurr Builders Warkworth was established by Director, Chris Spurr 25 years ago. Chris is a fully qualified builder and Licenced Building Practioner and has extensive experience within the building industry.
Chris personally overseas and is hands on with every project, seeing it through from inception to completion. C J Spurr Builders Warkworth is not a housing company, therefore Chris works on every project and personally oversees every detail. He believes in maintaining an open line of communication at all times with every client. There is no middleman, the work is done by the C J Spurr building team, they are responsible for it and proud of it.

Use a Licensed Building Practitioner
If you are thinking of building or renovating, you need to check if the work is classed as ‘Restricted Building Work’ (RBW). If it is, you will require a licensed building practitioner – or LBP – to do it.
Because this work is so important, it is only allowed to be carried out by a Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP). LBPs are assessed before obtaining a license, and they have to maintain their skills to keep their licence.
